Looking for some kind of seo services in Victoria and found this site?
Well it didn’t happen by chance.
Not at all.
In fact, I’ve been ranking sites on the first page for quite some time now and I can do it for you as well.
No doubt about it.
When it comes to SEO, I also have my own way of doing things.
Here is my four step formula that is bound to bring some awesome results for you and your organization.
- Technical SEO
- On Site SEO
- Off Page SEO
- Creative Marketing
Let’s take a deeper look at each step shall we?
If you have a website, you currently know how important it is to track numerous metrics to learn how your site is performing.
You may, for example, carry out audits to determine your website’s speed and use tools to examine your search engine rankings. A lot of audits, however, are not really good enough and will only give you a few bits and pieces of information.
Numerous individuals say they know how to do a technical seo audit. The sad truth is they are only looking at a few variables and at best, from a surface level only.
A true website audit, nevertheless, is much more comprehensive and extensive. The performance of your website is the outcome of several variables working in unison.
That’s why you need a genuinely robust and extensive audit.
To get the best results, you really have to go deep and do something called a full technical SEO audit.
A combination of manual work and software.
You see, if Google can’t crawl you, it won’t rank you.
The whole purpose of a Technical SEO audit is to clear any obstructions in Google’s way. So their algorithm can crawl you freely and in return, give you good rankings. Of course, other factors play a role too (Which we’ll touch on later) but this is definitely the first step.
On Site SEO
On page seo is all about the look and functionality of your site. At this stage, you have to still balance some technical things and make sure the site looks good too. It’s an art form to be honest. Speaking of technical on page seo elements, it all starts with the title tag.
The title tag, an HTML tag that exists in the head section of each web page, offers a preliminary cue on what the page is going to be about. This is what Google’s algorithm looks to when it wants to learn what a page on your site is all about.
So as you can gather by now, poor title tags can negatively affect your SEO. When writing title tags, make sure you do some proper research before diving in.
Second on page element that is also quite important are Meta descriptions. They are usually placed write under the title (At least in the code) and serve as the ‘description’ you see in Google. Not so much of a ranking factor anymore but they do help the user learn more about the page. So a good description is always appreciated.
Another popular one is alt tag. This tag describes your images. Adding images is an excellent way to make your web pages more attractive and media rich. However, not all images are helpful as the ones that are big in size (bytes), can slow down your site. Site speed is another factor by the way so keep that in mind as well.
There are tons of other on-page elements as well but this should give you some idea about how important on site SEO is too.
Off Page SEO
There are lots of Off page seo factors as well but the main one is link building. This is all about getting other sites to link to yours. The more sites that link to you, the higher your own site will rank. At least that’s the general idea. Today, link building is vital in achieving high, first page search rankings.
Building links to your website is very important but you have to take the source in consideration as ell. This is where the ‘quality’ factor comes in. You must get quality backlinks from authoritative and popular sites to see the best results.
There are lots of ways to build links like blog comments, forum postings, guest postings and the list goes on. At the end of the day, it’s all about being creative and creating win win partnerships.
I guess it’s safe to say that this is my favorite part. Once you start getting real traffic, some amazing opportunities will begin to present themselves. Here is where I get really creative and come up with a nice mix off online and offline strategies to take your business to the next level.
Whatever happens at this stage is all dependent on the kind of niche or industry you are in and how your business actually works.
